Welcome to Kyle Web Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services we provide, including website design, monthly management plans, and any related digital services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing a website, subscribing to a management plan, or requesting a website preview, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
We offer the following Services:
Custom website design and setup
Website previews (non-final sample designs)
Monthly website management and updates
Digital support and maintenance
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify Services at any time.
3. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Website Packages (One-Time Fees):
You agree to pay the full purchase price of the selected website package at the time of purchase.
Monthly Management Plans (Recurring Fees):
If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you authorize us (via Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle until canceled.
You may cancel at any time. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund past payments.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Website Packages:
Website package payments are non-refundable once design work has begun.
Monthly Services:
You may cancel future recurring charges at any time through Stripe or by contacting us. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
5. Website Ownership
Upon full payment of a website package, you receive ownership of the design, content, and structure of your website.
However:
You are responsible for providing accurate text, images, and branding.
Some third-party tools or templates remain the property of their respective creators.
You must maintain your own domain name and hosting unless we explicitly provide these for you.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information for your website
Not use your website for illegal activity
Maintain your own domain, email services, and business accounts
Follow applicable laws when collecting customer data
We are not responsible for legal compliance of your content or business operations.
7. Website Management Plans
Management plans include:
Security updates
Content edits
Technical support
Performance improvements
Plans do not include full redesigns, new branding, or new multi-page builds. These can be quoted separately.
8. Website Previews
Free website previews are provided to help you visualize a potential design. These previews:
Are not final products
May use placeholder text or images
Do not grant ownership until a package is purchased
9. Third-Party Services
Your website may incorporate external tools (such as Stripe, Google Maps, Durable, or analytics software). We are not responsible for outages, policies, pricing changes, or actions of these third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kyle Web Designs is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Website downtime
Domain issues
Security breaches caused by third-party platforms
Incorrect information provided by you
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in question.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
